Grooms, brides to be and planners have to look on a wide of sites to find musicians according to preferences. Planning a wedding from a different location can be challenging and stressful.
Provide a one-site seamless and stress-free experience for clients to book musicians for weddings according to preferences.
After conducting interviews and creating empathy maps, it became evident that future brides and grooms-to-be with busy agendas are struggling to plan their weddings efficiently.
While communication is essential, our research has revealed that users also rely on factors like reading reviews, viewing demos and samples of musicians' work, and accessing basic information to save time during their search. Therefore, there is a need for a solution that streamlines the process by providing comprehensive musician profiles, including reviews, demos, and relevant information to avoid time consuming conversations.

In this stage of the design process, I prioritized providing users with the essential information that would be most beneficial to them. I focused on displaying key details such as price ranges and examples of songs and shows. By doing so, users could make informed choices without spending time inquiring about standard information.
After the first iterations and testing the first digital wireframe, I learned from the users' journey while trying the prototype. I refined it to get the final version of the Low Fidelity Prototype.
I conducted two rounds of usability studies. Findings from the first study helped guide the designs from wireframes to mockups. The second study used a high-fidelity prototype and revealed what aspects of the mockups needed refining.
After the second usability study, the users emphasized the significance of date and time in wedding planning. Based on this finding, I made changes to specify the information the users had to input. This allowed them to easily access available musicians for their desired time, place, and date. Additionally, the selection boxes were modified to feature dropdown menus, indicated by the addition of arrow icons.
Thanks to the usability studies I conducted, I have developed this high-fidelity prototype. The user goal in this prototype was to book a musician based on location and date. Of course, it was essential to provide users with all the necessary information to make a choice without spending a lot of time on basic inquiries such as price range, showtime, music genre, and more.
